Work Readiness Programs
We encourage our individuals to live a full life, including a full professional life. We help individuals to locate, apply for and obtain employment that fits their unique capabilities.
DDC
Our 501c3 non-profit Developmental Disability Services provides resources to individuals and their families to enrich and support their daily living. Items such as personal hygiene products, cleaning supplies, non-perishable foods, fresh fruit and vegetables and meats are offered weekly to our community.

Non-Medical and Medical Transportation
At Healthy-Connections we are equipped to transport individuals in our program to and from our facility, their appointments and special activities.
We are wheelchair accessible for individuals needing that assistance.
