We are a privately owned and operated developmental disabilities service provider located in Westerville, Ohio. We proudly serve the central Ohio community, Franklin County, Fairfield County and Delaware County.

Setting the stage for LIFELONG success

Healthy Connections Developmental Disabilities Services in partnership with Perensys CORE learning, LLC has developed a learning system that will provide individuals living with developmental disabilities access to a comprehensive collection of activities designed to help these individuals to reach their personal goals and identify their unique abilities/talents.

CORE is a Person Centered Plan, it is not a “cookie-cutter” program but instead a personalized system that will prepare the individual for readiness to work, live independently, and strive in the community as a citizen. Each course plan is based on the client's unique ISP/IEP and diagnosis.
