Adult day services are provide in a center-based environment equipped with enrichment stations where we provide activities to help our clients reach their highest potential.

Summer Day Camp

The Healthy Connections Summer Program offers developmental disabled individuals an ability to enjoy the surrounding community in the summer sun while being supervised by trained recreation aids. Program participants enjoy field trips, group outings, basketball, bowling, arts and crafts, movies, swimming, fishing and ADL skills reinforcement.
